Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to social work departments and staff, including clerical, receptionist and administrative functions.
- Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth communication and administration of services.
- Manage appointments, bookings and coordination across multiple internal and external organisations.
- You will need to have strong consumer-focused skills and experience.
- You will need to have well-developed computer literacy and office management skills.
- You will need to have relevant experience in health, government or community agencies.
- You will need to be empathetic towards families in crisis and/or grief.
