Account Manager/BDM Role

We are seeking a highly organized and productive Account Manager to manage our Queensland Region. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane with regular travel throughout the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the bathroom, plumbing, or related wholesale industry, demonstrated success in territory management, strong relationship-building capabilities, and results-driven approach to sales.

  • Manage and develop client relationships throughout Queensland up to Yeppoon and down to Ballina in NSW
  • Conduct structured, scheduled store visits to train staff on current and new product ranges
  • Deliver comprehensive sales training on our product portfolio
  • Proactively source and develop new business through specification opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities while growing existing revenue streams
  • Attend industry-related shows and events
  • Regular travel to rural customers following an established call schedule
Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong time management and organizational abilities, a proven track record in account management or sales, self-motivation, professional presentation, and customer service focus.

The successful candidate will also possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel regularly.
