Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute strategic plans to deepen engagement with existing partners.

The ideal candidate will work closely with partner leadership to align our solutions with their business objectives, helping them deliver greater value to customers while driving mutual success.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for renewal, expansion, and solution integration, and collaborating cross-functionally with our teams to ensure partner strategies are well-supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on strong growth across Commercial, Midmarket, and Enterprise customers via Partner-led sales
  • Managing pipeline and sales campaigns to renew, upgrade, and develop new logo opportunities
  • Co-selling in assigned territory with partners using internal resources
  • Following up leads and partner data proactively to maximise new business potential
  • Supporting and rolling out Channel program and sales activities
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews and managing key performance indicators with top partners
  • Managing high-volume communication with partners daily over phone and email
  • Running demonstrations on Partner tools and Central
  • Presenting to a high standard on GTM and value proposition
  • Cultivating consultative relationships with key individuals at best-developing partners
  • Driving enablement for all managed partner types (Strategic, Growth, MSP)
  • Maintaining understanding of business factors prioritised by partners and customers
  • Building high-quality marketing plans for top partners with strong ROI

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant customer sales or Channel Sales experience in IT-Market
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships within partners and customers at all levels
  • Proven track record in achieving channel sales goals
  • Strong capability to manage multiple competing priorities and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
