Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Duty Manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in front desk/guest service leadership and excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring departmental readiness for opening
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
  • Deliver exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and exceeding expectations
  • Help ensure the front office team delivers great service, professional attention, and personal recognition
  • Greet guests upon arrival, engage with them, respond to complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to improve guest satisfaction

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' front desk/guest service leadership experience
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Additional languages are an asset
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills
  • The ability to stand for long periods at the front desk and occasionally lift heavy items
  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems is beneficial
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Full unrestricted working rights
