We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Support to join our expanding People Team at our Perth Head Office. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and representing the company at job fairs and networking events.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across our Roads and Port Logistic Operations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions that meet business requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams to ensure seamless candidate management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide practical advice to improve sourcing, attraction, and process efficiency.
  • Represent the company at suitable job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand and build relationships with potential candidates.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
