Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive full-cycle community NDIS recruitment, partnering with senior leaders and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier talent for NDIS roles.
  • Advise and guide hiring managers across the NDIS portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates, providing recommendations for selection.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent recruitment journey for all candidates.
  • Innovate and improve recruitment strategies to optimize impact and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
