Are you a results-driven operations expert with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have what it takes to lead a dynamic team of up to 30 staff in a fast-paced, seven-day-a-week environment?

This role requires a proactive manager with outstanding communication skills, who can implement new and improved strategies to drive profitability. You will be responsible for providing coaching and development opportunities for your team members, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring efficient shift management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing business growth initiatives
  • Recruiting and training employees to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining high indoor play equipment standards and cleanliness protocols
  • Creating and managing weekly rosters to optimize productivity

About You:

  • Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in the hospitality and/or indoor play centre industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Barista knowledge is essential for this role, as well as current First Aid certification and a Working With Children check
  • Experience in effectively managing a team of 15+ staff, with a track record of success in a similar environment
