Innovative Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced customer experience designer to join our team. As a customer experience designer, you will be responsible for designing human-centered products and services that meet the needs of our clients.
You will work closely with our consulting teams to develop digital and non-digital solutions that complement or replace traditional project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting user research and creating empathy maps to understand client needs;
- Developing wireframes and prototypes to visualize product ideas;
- Testing and refining products with users to ensure they meet their needs;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate design thinking into product development;
- Communicating complex design concepts to stakeholders through clear and concise language.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer or user experience design;
- A deep understanding of human-centered design principles;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in relevant software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
