  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research into trends in fabrications, construction, trims, technology, and accessories to inspire innovative designs.
  • Develop commercially viable product lines that align with client requirements and design briefs.
  • Analyse and improve existing products for enhanced functionality and performance.
  • Create comprehensive technical specifications to ensure accurate product development.
  • Oversee fitting appraisals and ensure optimal product fit and quality.
  • Manage development processes, identify roadblocks, and implement strategies to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Ensure product compliance through wearer trials, quality testing, and risk assessments.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a designer role.
  • Experience in workwear, performance apparel, or similar is highly regarded.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
