We are seeking an exceptional Leisure Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 4 in Leisure and Lifestyle and/or equivalent qualifications and experience.

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible hours to suit the successful candidate.

The Leisure Coordinator will be responsible for providing opportunities to improve clients' quality of life through facilitating relationship-enabling environments and activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and delivering an integrated approach for community engagement and inclusion that reflects the unique needs of each client
  • Establishing relationships and networks within your local community to promote active aging opportunities
  • Facilitating quality, timely and effective communication maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of each client

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sound understanding of community engagement and inclusion, and the ability to plan, develop and coordinate community and social events.
