At DNA Healthcare Recruitment, we are partnering with a well-established aged care provider in Hervey Bay to seek a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time position in a picturesque coastal community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being through administering treatments, performing clinical assessments, and developing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and safety, while maintaining accurate and detailed care documentation.
- Advocate for residents' autonomy and legal rights, establishing clear professional boundaries to ensure ethical care.
- Adhere to relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, upholding the highest levels of ethical and professional conduct.
- Respect residents' dignity, cultural sensitivity, and rights, fostering a learning culture and empowerment within the community.
- Provide residents with information, education, and support, promoting optimal health outcomes and a supportive environment.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in aged care.
- Commitment to person-centered care and empathetic communication.
- Proficiency in holistic assessments and personalized care plan development.
- Knowledgeable about relevant clinical legislation and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
