Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents and clients
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident and client care
- Ensure safe medication administration and best practice wound care
- Participate in handovers and team meetings to ensure effective communication
