About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthX as a Clinical Leader in Aged Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and promoting high-quality care principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that enhance the dignity and independence of residents
  • Liaise with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Lead and manage the clinical care team to promote high-quality care principles
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 2 years Aged Care experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to delegate and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and legislative framework
