About the Role

This role focuses on accelerating sales growth in Australia through personal recruitment, developing new sales leaders, and implementing effective retention strategies. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, along with a solid understanding of Chinese and English business behaviors in Australia.

Main Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Persuasively recruit and develop distributors and customers to expand the business and accelerate sales growth.
  • Develop emerging new business leaders to achieve both personal and company targets in recruitment, product sales, and retention.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement recruitment and sales activities to achieve targets.
  • Effectively communicate vital business information to distributors regarding new initiatives.

Sales:

  • Develop an effective sales strategy, recommending and implementing robust strategies to increase market penetration and grow new leaders.
  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights that increase recruitment and sales.
  • Maintain rapport with personally sponsored distributors and groups by meeting specific needs and expanding into new areas.

Training & Reporting:

  • Conduct training programs on business building, compensation plans, customer development, and product knowledge.
  • Implement regional leadership development training and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback from the field and submit market intelligence reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in direct sales or network marketing with a proven track record of recruiting and growing teams.
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer organization with a focus on business development, increasing sales, and strengthening relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Asian market culture and business/consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and fluent English communication skills.
