Nurse Education Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our client's team in delivering high-quality training and assessment programs to students. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications, as well as experience in nursing and VET training.
- Deliver training and assessment programs that meet industry standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of training services.
- Contribute to the development of new courses and programs by utilizing expertise in nursing and VET training.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110).
- Relevant industry experience with a focus on nursing and VET training.
- Excellent written and communication skills to effectively engage with students and industry partners.
- Previous experience in VET training with international students.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications to enhance career progression.
