The University seeks an accomplished Senior Lecturer in Nursing to shape the entry-to-practice nursing course.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality nursing education programs using contemporary pedagogical approaches, ensuring quality placements.
- Contribute to evidence-based practice in nursing programs and lead scholarly outputs to enhance nursing education.
- Provide educational leadership, engage in professional development, and build a local profile in nursing education through community involvement.
- Maintain high educational standards by coordinating subjects and courses, reviewing student satisfaction, and participating in peer review of teaching.
- Registered nurse with AHPRA registration and a PhD in nursing.
- Experience in delivering nursing programs and coordinating curriculum development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Commitment to ethical scholarship and valuing diversity.
- Post-graduate qualification in university teaching (desirable).
- Established profile in the scholarship of learning and teaching (desirable).
