We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as an Apprenticeships Field Consultant. As a key member of our Apprentice Connect Provider division, you will work with Australia's largest single provider to empower apprenticeships.
Your passion for building strong relationships and driving business development will thrive in this autonomous role. You will be responsible for providing high-quality information about the Australian Apprenticeship program, including processes, support services, incentives, and financial opportunities.
You will manage your time effectively to maximize productivity in scheduling sign-ups, progress contacts, and sales/marketing activities. Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures is crucial to deliver exceptional service.
You will address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and information. Identifying potential issues impacting apprenticeship progress and referring to the appropriate services for support is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Information on Apprenticeships
- Deliver expert knowledge on the Australian Apprenticeship program, including its processes, support services, incentives, and financial opportunities.
- Manage Time Effectively
- Schedule appointments and tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Stay Up-to-Date
- Keep abreast of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Address Customer Inquiries
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing expert advice and information.
- Identify Potential Issues
- Detect potential problems impacting apprenticeship progress and refer customers to the relevant services for support.
We are looking for an ambitious, positive, self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships within the community. Proven experience in account management or business development is essential, along with exceptional customer service and administration skills.
As a results-driven individual, you should be focused on KPIs and continuous improvement. Your ability to work autonomously with integrity and strong self-discipline is vital. Knowledge of the VET sector and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services is highly regarded, although not essential.
