Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional with supplier management and auditing experience to drive excellence in our supply chain.

This role will work closely with the Supplier Quality Manager, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and standards. You will be responsible for conducting audits, assessments, and inspections to verify products meet requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cutting-edge technology and advanced manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting audits and assessments of suppliers' systems, processes, and products
  • Documenting and reporting audit and assessment results
  • Inspecting or verifying products for compliance with requirements
  • Providing supplier education and coaching on quality systems and regulatory compliance issues
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in quality, supplier quality, or supplier management
  • Knowledge of aerospace regulations, AS9100, and compliance standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
