Role Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Quality Professional to contribute to our team's success.

The ideal candidate will work under the direction of a Supplier Quality Manager and be responsible for ensuring our supply chain delivers excellence in quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers' systems, processes, and products to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Inspect or verify products for compliance with specifications.
  • Assist with evaluations of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.
  • Provide educational support and coaching on quality management systems, regulatory compliance issues, and company initiatives.
  • Resolve routine issues and concerns in the supplier Quality space.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Knowledge of production processes, manufacturing capabilities, and data needed for defining delivery configurations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with advanced technology and manufacturing systems.
  • Australian citizenship for obtaining and maintaining an Australian Department of Defence clearance up to NV1 level.
