Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geotechnical engineering and be able to lead and manage complex projects, mentor junior staff, and engage with clients to deliver high-quality results. As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership, develop business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.

We are seeking an individual with expertise in managing and delivering geotechnical projects, combined with the ability to engage confidently with clients and contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the preparation and peer review of geotechnical proposals, designs, and reports;
  • Managing a variety of geotechnical projects from investigation through to design and construction;
  • Engaging directly with clients to deliver outcomes and grow relationships;
  • Mentoring junior staff and building technical depth within the team;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil or related Engineering;
  • 15+ years' consulting experience in geotechnical engineering;
  • Proven ability to win and deliver work, including developing proposals and building client relationships;
  • Strong experience in geotechnical design and analysis;
  • Understanding of integrated investigations in geotechnical and contaminated land projects;
  • Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and quality;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
