Senior Geotechnical Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Geotechnical Professional to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our geotechnical engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients in the mine tailings and water dam sectors.

  • Civil/Geotechnical/Tailings Dam Design;
  • Geotechnical Analyses using Various Software Packages;
  • Understanding of Tailings Deposition Modelling (Muk3D);
  • Geotechnical and Environmental Site Characterisation;
  • Development and Management of Instrumentation Monitoring Systems;
  • Project/Task Management and Proposal Preparation Support;
  • Preparation of Engineering Reports, Design Calculations, Drawings, Technical Specifications;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a Related Field;
  • Advanced Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a Related Field (Preferred);
  • Professional Registration (Preferred but Not Essential);
  • Engineer of Record (EoR) Certification;
  • At Least 8 Years of Directly Relevant Experience in a Consulting Environment;
  • Knowledge of Relevant Geotechnical Engineering Software;
  • Knowledge of Numerical Modeling Tools (Preferred);
