Geotechnical Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our Melbourne office. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys working with clients to develop business opportunities and deliver high-quality projects.

About the Role
  • Provide technical leadership, manage complex projects, and mentor junior staff while helping to build long-term client relationships across the public and private sectors.
  • Lead the preparation and peer review of geotechnical proposals, designs, and reports, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Manage a variety of geotechnical projects from investigation through to design and construction, including contractor and budget management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil or related Engineering (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
  • 15+ years' consulting experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical background.
  • Proven ability to win and deliver work, including developing proposals, building client relationships, and growing revenue streams.
  • Strong experience in geotechnical design and analysis (slopes, soil nails, retaining walls, foundations, etc.).
