What We're Looking For

  • A RPEQ (or working toward it) with a civil engineering background.
  • Experience delivering master planned communities (1,000–10,000 lots) from start to finish.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with tier-1 developers and authorities.
  • Skills in managing technical, financial, and commercial project aspects.
  • A passion for mentoring teams and contributing to QLD's growth strategy.
  • Commercial acumen and client-facing confidence.
  • A collaborative mindset with leadership potential.
