We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to fill a key leadership position in our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional engineer to work on complex projects with leading developers and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams of engineers on major projects
  • Developing and implementing civil engineering designs and solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development through knowledge sharing and coaching
  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver high-quality results that meet their requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, excellent communication and project management skills, and a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
