Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating a culture of quality and continuous improvement across services. This role will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing quality assurance programs, managing compliance audits, and preparing documentation. Strong data analysis skills and practice skills for informed decision-making and continuous improvement are essential.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with tertiary qualifications in social services, legal, social work, psychology, human services, business, HR management, or investigations. Previous experience working within the aged care sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
  • Undertake audits aligned with the audit schedule.
  • Participate in planning and preparation for accreditation.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across services.
  • Ensure accreditation readiness every day through self-assessments and effective accreditation processes.
