About the role:

The Senior Product Advisor will provide operational support to the organisation, encompassing second-level service support, system maintenance, training delivery, stakeholder management, business engagement, and project work.

This permanent full-time opportunity is suitable for a passionate individual with a background in Residential Aged Care.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or management-related disciplines are essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role supporting software systems is highly advantageous.
  • Corporate IT experience of at least 5 years is required.
  • Experience as a Business Consultant or Functional Consultant is preferred.
  • Ability to code in languages such as Java Scripts, C#, and Python is necessary.
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology-based delivery environment is desired.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to new environments/systems and changing demands is crucial.
  • Previous experience on project teams and training delivery is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel to BaptistCare facilities across NSW, ACT, and WA when required is essential.
