**The **Opportunity - Full Time**

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our digital performance team to support Greenstone and its wider group of companies.

**What are we looking for?
- Exposure to marketing automation tools, including but not restricted to Hubspot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated ability in monitoring campaign results, analysing key metrics, and suggesting changes that will optimise delivery rates, open rates, click-through and conversion rates
- A passion for driving results through cross-functional collaboration
- A strategic and creative thinker who contributes to crafting compelling copy and helps generate fresh ideas
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritisation, setting timelines, tracking progress and deadline adherence
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment across multiple brands and products A passion for learning and growing within the digital marketing space, and new developments in this area

**Desirable
- Financial Services experience
- Digital Marketing qualifications
- Experience in SMS Marketing
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira SEO knowledge
