APAC International Growth Specialist

This role is a critical area of growth for the business where you will partner closely with key regional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritise key areas of opportunity for growth.
As a key member of the first APAC International Growth Squad, you will be responsible for driving growth and improved customer experience for Acquisition and Retention experiences such as in
- product high-value customer touchpoints, checkout, subscription management across consumer and business customer journeys.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Analytics, Product teams and key Regional stakeholders and teams, to deeply understand unique customer behaviours in APAC
- Developing and driving a meticulously prioritised Growth experimentation roadmap that aligns closely with business performances and customer needs
- Leading test execution across multiple surfaces to unlock incremental business value while improving customer experience
- Collaborating with multiple surface Product & Growth teams to unlock seamless business experience and influence the regional direction for testing
- Deriving hypothesis for the next areas of growth and optimisation
- Partnering with corporate and relevant teams to optimise for outcomes that is in best interest of region and International teams, in key and emerging regions
