We offer an excellent full-time career opportunity for an experienced Off Highway - Mining Equipment Heavy Diesel Technician to join our Field Service team supporting the MTU engine fleet onsite. This permanent role operates on a 7/7 day shift roster and is a site-based position at a mining location near Blackwater.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diverse service work including diagnosis, servicing and minor/major repairs of heavy industry equipment.
  • Actively contribute towards improving safety, quality and productivity within the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Carry out hands-on service work in field service environments.

What You'll Be Provided With:

About You:

  • You should be trade-qualified as a Diesel Technician or similar.
  • You have experience maintaining, servicing and repairing mobile equipment in a mining or heavy industry environment, specifically Diesel Engines.
  • You possess practical working knowledge of machinery, tools and equipment operation.
  • You hold a current coal board medical certificate or can obtain one.
  • You have a current Standard 11 qualification.
  • You are able to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
