Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, inclusive of mine site allowance, overtime paid at penalty rates, bonus, and super.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join our team in Mackay, specialising in engine repairs and maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products and attending to breakdowns in the field, on an on-call roster.

You will diagnose and repair engines, inspect and replace components as required, and perform engine rebuilding and reconditioning tasks. Additionally, you will work with other major OEM's such as Hitachi, Komatsu, and Liebherr.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Plant Mechanic or Diesel Fitter) to Australian standards. Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining equipment, power generation on engines, and similar applications is preferred.
