Lead Social Impact

As a key member of our team, you will champion a mission to build trust and enhance reputation by leading positive social change for customers and the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering social issues program of work as part of environmental, social and governance strategy.
  • Developing, monitoring and continuously improving Human Rights program of work to ensure industry leadership.
  • Enhancing and governing corporate citizenship strategy that builds trust and confidence with customers and communities.
  • Developing and maintaining community partnerships that drive measurable social impact and enhance brand value.
  • Leading community engagement and investment activities that engage employees around brand.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences or similar field.
  • Significant experience leading projects within complex and heavily regulated medium to large organisation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant social, regulatory and/or legislative compliance expectations.
  • Significant experience leading organisational change and transformation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
