Job Title: Therapist Specialist

About the Role

As a member of our supportive and professional workplace within the NDIS space, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists.

You will have the opportunity to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a professional, confidential, and culturally safe manner.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
  • Manage your caseload effectively and develop individualized support plans with participants and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals regarding client care.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interpret findings to create personalized treatment goals.
  • Manage and maintain your caseload while ensuring timely completion of case notes and reports.
  • Develop and review support plans with participants and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA.
  • High standard of professional ethics.
  • Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
