Job Title: Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Fellow to support an ARC-funded project. The project aims to develop a model of sustainable work enabling long working lives.

About the Position

This is a key role in the Department of Public Health, leading authority in various areas of public health, including policy development, health promotion, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the research team in using existing data sets and collecting new data for the development and testing of a contemporary model of work.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • A PhD in a relevant discipline such as psychology, ergonomics, or public health.
  • Experience in research and evaluation with ability to work effectively under limited supervision or independently.
  • A record of publications, conference papers, and/or reports demonstrating expertise.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and lead write-up.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
