About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to join our research team and contribute to an ARC funded project focused on developing a model of sustainable work.
This three-year position will support the research team in using existing data sets and collecting new data to inform the development and testing of a new contemporary model of work.
Key Responsibilities- Support the research team in using existing data sets and collecting new data to inform the development and testing of a new contemporary model of work.
- Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, lead write up and all stages of research process.
- Mentor early career researchers and/or HDR supervision.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and test a new contemporary model of work.
- PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g. psychology, ergonomics and human factors, public health).
- Experience in research and evaluation, with the ability to work effectively under limited supervision or independently.
- Publishing record, conference papers and/or reports.
- Relevant research software expertise (e.g. Stata, NVivo, EndNote).
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to work as a member of a team in a cooperative and collegial manner.
