Job Title: Finance Manager

NRM South is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead and direct all aspects of its financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, managing financial risks, and ensuring the organization's financial health and operating efficiency.

About the Role

The Finance Manager will operate across all aspects of the NRM South business, contributing to strategy and direction setting, identifying and implementing growth pathways, and streamlining operational business processes and improvements. The role reports to and works closely with the CEO to provide the Leadership Team, Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Board, Auditors, program teams, and other employees and key stakeholders with robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic financial guidance to the organization, including budget planning, financial forecasting, and risk management.
  2. Manage financial operations, including payroll management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with the CEO and other senior managers to develop and implement business strategies.
  5. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  6. Mentor and support the professional development of the operational Finance Officer.
