Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our enterprise growth initiatives. As Director, Enterprise Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new enterprise clients across the ANZ region.

This is an individual contributor role focused on driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. If you have a proven track record of success in enterprise B2B sales and possess excellent relationship-building skills, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have experience closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders, a commercial mindset, and confidence working with C-suite buyers. Self-motivation, proactivity, and autonomy are essential for this role.

  • Lead all stages of the sales cycle to win new logo enterprise clients
  • Identify opportunities across major industries such as financial services, retail, telco, government, and tech
  • Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams, leveraging Innovior (AI, CRM and automation) and Convai (conversational AI)
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide consultative, insight-led conversations
  • Manage your own pipeline and forecasting with strong CRM discipline
Key Requirements:
  • Proven success in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, technology services, consulting or CX solutions)
  • Experience closing complex, long-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset and confidence working with C-suite buyers
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy
  • BPO or CX experience is helpful, but not required — strong enterprise sales DNA matters most
