About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Platform Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our elite team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and operating Machine Learning solutions, working closely with various stakeholders to execute our data science and machine learning strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, productionize, and maintain Machine learning pipelines
  • Collaborate with business units to service their requirements
  • Build the platform and pipeline for data scientists to develop their models
  • End-to-end ownership for the entire lifecycle of models
  • Monitor model drift from blueprint to deployment
  • Work closely with data engineers and data scientists
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Data (Data Engineering, Data Science or Analysis)
  • Excellent work experience as a data engineer in an agile devops environment using an object-oriented development language (Java, Python)
  • Able to implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines
  • Demonstrated proficiency using cloud technologies and integrating with ML services including GCP Vertex AI, DataRobot or AWS SageMaker in large and complex organisations and experience with SQL and Python environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
