About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and commercial metrics. This will involve ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and monitoring solutions are utilized.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and delivering on a comprehensive Customer Engagement strategy to drive business growth through customer retention
  • Developing and executing major event strategies within the team, including planning, execution, and campaign performance review
  • Measuring, analyzing, and communicating results to identify insights used to inform decisions and improve performance

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of channel management and best practices with technically proficient experience in CRM tools
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
  • Demonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of commercial metrics and business drivers
