
Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Maintaining accurate inventory control within the warehouse is crucial for operational efficiency. A key responsibility of this role includes ensuring that stock levels are consistently high and up-to-date.
This full-time position involves collaborating with dynamic teams to provide stock management solutions across various industries in Australia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining total inventory control within the warehouse, which includes purchasing, receiving, picking, packing, reporting, and conducting regular stocktakes.
Closely working with the Sales and Operations teams is essential to effectively manage inventory, including stock levels, forecasting, and supplier price updates. Additionally, you will provide internal sales support to the sales team.
Requirements- Proven experience in inventory control and the use of inventory management systems
- Ability to manage and coordinate inventory processes, systems, and reporting
- Proficiency in maintaining sufficient stock levels, including stock purchasing
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective communication between the warehouse and the sales team
- Strong experience with computer-based warehouse management systems (previous experience with advanced systems is advantageous)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction
