Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per yearJob DescriptionWe are seeking dynamic professionals to join our Workplace and Events team in Sydney. The successful candidate will focus on executing live events and supporting event operations.
This role involves:
- Managing end-to-end event planning and execution for executive receptions, partner events, and employee gatherings
- Ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across all events
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to deliver high-quality experiences
- Overseeing event logistics, including compliance with health, safety, and security policies
- Utilising internal event management tools and ticketing systems
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Event management experience (level of experience will determine specific role)
- Strong customer service and executive interaction skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and after-hours as needed
