Job Description:

The role of Maintenance Manager is to oversee the efficient daily operation of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment across the resort, staff village, FOH and BOH areas, and the upkeep of plant rooms and public spaces. The position plays a key role in supporting the Chief Engineer and Maintenance Scheduler to eliminate unscheduled downtime by driving program deliverables.

Key Responsibilities include ensuring effective leadership, staff development, training, performance monitoring, task allocation, adherence to quality and safety standards, and successful task completion by supervisors and support staff under their supervision. The Maintenance Manager also oversees the introduction of the apprenticeship program, ensuring departmental preparedness, safety, and supervision.
