Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced mineralogical and microstructural analyses using electron microscopy techniques.
  • Develop and implement new methods for characterizing and analyzing minerals and their microstructures.
  • Collaborate with researchers across various disciplines to advance knowledge and understanding of geological processes.
  • Design and conduct experiments to investigate the properties and behavior of minerals under different conditions.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Mineralogy, Geology, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with electron microscopy techniques, including scanning and transmission electron microscopy.
  • Strong background in mineralogy, geochemistry, and petrology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
