Responsibilities This role is an exciting opportunity to:Develop project management skills on complex government projectsUndertake project assurance, risk management, governance and develop business casesManage project budgets, timelines and outcomesSome of the responsibilities could include:Project managing and driving project success by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources and planning activitiesAssisting with stakeholder consultations: question development, synthesising feedback, developing, and analysing survey dataUndertaking document reviews and literature scans, discovery, assessmentsProject support: coordinate meetings, summarise actions, track progress/issues/risks, and produce status reportsResearch: synthesising complex document information, and provide desktop research to support the preparation of advice, reports, or presentationsWriting client documents: drafting reports, briefings, policies, and procedures Qualifications As a Proximity team member, your role is that of a trusted sidekick - helping our clients' teams succeed by embracing the complexity and sensitivity of commercial law issues and knowing how to be helpful in the context of the public sector environment.Culture mattersWe're looking for people who live our Values.

Work through ambiguity or uncertaintyTo succeed in this role, you will need:2+ years' project coordination experience gained within a corporate or government environmentHigh level analysis and information synthesizing skillsStrong verbal, written, and visual presentation skillsCoordination skills to keep project tasks on trackDesire to work closely with clients, being adaptable and responsiveYou may hold a project management qualification or have a strong desire to achieve oneHave an Australian Government Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one)If you have a consulting background or an understanding of the commercial/private industry, and can thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment, I'd love to hear from you
