Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect for Insurance Innovation

The role requires leading the end-to-end development of a cutting-edge SaaS solution for insurance claims accommodation, initially focused on the Australian market and with later global expansion.

This involves crafting innovative, scalable solutions that redefine claims accommodation processes for global insurance carriers during periods of crisis and standard home insurance claims.

Key responsibilities include defining the product vision, roadmap, and functional requirements for the InsureTech platform, ensuring alignment with HRS's SaaS strategy.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet customer needs and business goals.

Lead the integration of advanced functionalities, including real-time claims validation, omnichannel communication, and predictive analytics.

Act as the strategic owner of the InsureTech vertical, ensuring end-to-end alignment across user personas, business needs, and technical execution.

Design and validate persona-driven experiences for insurance agents, claimants, and other stakeholders.

Drive seamless interoperability with insurance ecosystems (e.g., ENData, Duck Creek, Guidewire) and third-party suppliers via API integrations.

Develop dashboards for agents to monitor claims, view metrics, forecast emergencies, and manage account settings.

Integrate predictive analytics and reporting to enable proactive planning for future demand.

Collaborate within the Product Trio, working closely with Engineering Leads and Product Designers to deliver a cohesive platform experience.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Success, to align on go-to-market strategies and feature releases.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including adoption, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Utilize customer insights and data to continuously iterate on the product strategy.

Engage with insurance carriers to gather feedback, validate features, and champion the value of the InsureTech platform.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in SaaS or enterprise platform development.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven platforms, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and measure success (e.g., adoption, CLV, satisfaction).
  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
