Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

Job Description- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate veterinary nurse to join our team of experienced professionals. As an ECC nurse, you will be responsible for caring for patients with complex medical conditions, including DKA, MODS, and GDV. You will work closely with our veterinarians and other nurses to provide high-quality patient care and participate in a learning-focused environment to develop your skills.
You will be required to manage patients with central lines, high-flow oxygen, ventilators, feeding tubes, and other advanced life support systems. Your ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations will be essential in this role.
Requirements- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in IV catheter placement, blood sampling, and anesthesia monitoring is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with our team
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to animals and their owners is essential
