About The Role

We're on the hunt for an inspiring people manager who is passionate about developing a culture that's authentic, fun, and responsible. This role is key in supporting the Venue Manager and the team to bring to life our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love' With our extensive network of venues, this opportunity unlocks unlimited career growth.

  • Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service, championing a genuine and 'local' guest experience.
  • Support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives, activate local events, and implement strategic operational plans.
  • Develop a responsible service culture that fosters a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging teamwork and guest engagement.

About You

As a hospitality leader with operational experience, you possess excellent communication skills, positivity, and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your contagious passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and coaching your team will be invaluable assets in this role.

  • You have current industry RSA and RSG qualifications, and Approved Manager certifications as per state requirements.
  • Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
