
Executive Culinary Team Member

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Sous Chef to join our high-volume production operation. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to grow your culinary career.
This position supports the Chef de Cuisine and assists in leading the team, ensuring consistency in high-quality product and service standards.
- Monitor daily operations, payroll, costs, and guest satisfaction
- Participate in menu preparation
- Develop training plans and support daily learning
- Lead shift briefings for smooth handovers
Key qualifications include senior chef experience in a production or events setting, quality and consistency driving passion, diverse food knowledge, basic computer skills, and full working rights.
