Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team as Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare morning reports to track room status and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to optimize productivity, motivation, and development of all team members.
  • Maintain departmental productivity within established guidelines.
  • Coordinate daily work activities to ensure efficient execution of tasks and adherence to company standards.
  • Facilitate regular departmental meetings to communicate shift activities and discuss relevant issues.
  • Provide comprehensive handovers between shifts to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes for team members when required.
  • Develop skill training programs for housekeeping team members in partnership with Talent and Culture.
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and morale within the department.
  • Negotiate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Compile accurate reports as needed by the Head of Department.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained according to Work Health and Safety regulations.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, including chemicals, linen, and supplies.
  • Maintain control over housekeeping team member uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
