Urgent Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Urgent Care Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough and accurate nursing assessments of patients presenting to the Urgent Care Service, identifying any potential health risks or complications.
- Triage patients promptly and provide front-line care in collaboration with medical practitioners, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic Urgent Care setting, responding effectively to changing priorities and demands.
- Deliver person-centered care activities relating to patient injury or illness, prioritizing patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification.
- Previous experience in triage in an emergency department, with a minimum of 1 year's experience.
- 3 years' experience as an RN preferred, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ability to assess and recognize health deterioration, escalating concerns appropriately and ensuring timely intervention.
