We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality urgent care services. As an Urgent Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working collaboratively to provide patient-centered care.
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients with urgent care needs.
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and families.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency or urgent care nursing.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
